Lead end-to-end deployments of Column’s banking technology and operating model, turning partner businesses’ operational challenges into products, workflows, and systems that support scale.
What you'll do
- Own deployments from assessment through rollout and continuous improvement, coordinating timelines, alignment, and accountability.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design and ship products and workflows; lead build-versus-buy decisions for tools and systems.
- Work on-site with partner operators to understand workflows and inform product and operational decisions.
