About the job
Build and scale Column’s payment operations by resolving payment issues, improving processes, and creating technical tools and metrics.
What you'll do
- Automate and optimize operational workflows using technical tools; maintain performance metrics and dashboards.
- Manage payment operations across ACH, wires, RTP, FedNow, and checks, including triaging and resolving customer and bank inquiries.
- Partner across teams to resolve issues, document processes, and identify operational risks and improvements.
