Maintains and repairs Comcast cable and fiber networks, troubleshooting service failures and restoring connectivity across HFC and EPON systems.
What you'll do
- Perform routine plant, power supply, construction, and outage maintenance, including coaxial cable splicing and CLI leakage repair.
- Troubleshoot optical signals and fiber impairments, inspect fiber equipment, and coordinate complex network repairs with other departments.
- Respond to service interruptions and document completed work orders; maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle.
