Provides Tier-2 operational support for FreeWheel’s Streaming Hub, troubleshoots customer and production issues, and helps maintain UI components and improve platform reliability through automation.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot Streaming Hub customer issues and assist with production incidents, monitoring, releases, and post-release verification.
- Contribute to development and maintenance of UI components and automation tools; debug application and distributed-system issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and client-facing teams, and contribute to operational documentation and knowledge sharing.
