Installs and services residential connectivity and home networking equipment in customers’ homes, troubleshoots service issues, and supports a positive customer experience.
What you'll do
- Perform residential installations, service changes, disconnects, and service-call troubleshooting; test and adjust service quality.
- Install and support basic home networks using coaxial cable, Ethernet, and Wi‑Fi; explain products and equipment use to customers.
- Document completed work, maintain vehicle and equipment, and follow safety practices while working at heights and in confined spaces.
