Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots residential voice, video, and data services in customers’ homes and neighborhoods.
What you'll do
- Install, change, and disconnect residential services; diagnose and resolve connectivity issues from the network to customer equipment.
- Set up and support basic home networks, test service quality, and explain products and equipment use to customers.
- Document completed work and maintain assigned vehicle, tools, and equipment while following safety procedures.
