What you'll do
- Install, change, disconnect, and troubleshoot residential services; test and adjust service quality.
- Install and support basic home networks using coaxial cable, Ethernet, and Wi‑Fi; explain products and equipment to customers.
- Document work, maintain tools and vehicle, and meet safety and performance standards.
