Installs and troubleshoots residential voice, video, and data services, supports basic home networks, and helps customers use their services and equipment.
What you'll do
- Install, change, disconnect, test, and troubleshoot residential services and home networks.
- Explain services and equipment to customers, document work, and update customer accounts.
- Work safely in homes and outdoors, maintain assigned vehicle and equipment, and meet performance and safety standards.
