Installs and troubleshoots residential voice, video, data, and basic home-network services while supporting customers in their homes and neighborhoods.
What you'll do
- Install, change, disconnect, and troubleshoot residential services; test and adjust equipment to ensure service quality.
- Educate customers, document completed work, and update customer accounts using digital tools.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and an assigned vehicle while following safety procedures and performance standards.
