Installs and troubleshoots residential voice, video, data, and basic home-network services while supporting customers and meeting safety and service-quality standards.

- Install, change, disconnect, test, and troubleshoot residential services and home networks.
- Educate customers, document completed work, and maintain assigned vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Work safely in varied environments, including at heights and in confined spaces, and complete required training and certifications.
