Installs and troubleshoots residential voice, video, and broadband services, supports basic home networks, and helps customers use their equipment and services.
What you'll do
- Install, change, disconnect, and troubleshoot residential services from the network connection to customer equipment.
- Test service quality, install and support basic home networks, and document work using digital tools.
- Educate customers and safely maintain and operate assigned vehicles, tools, and equipment.
