Installs and troubleshoots residential broadband, voice, video, and data services while supporting customers and meeting safety and service standards.
What you'll do
- Install, change, disconnect, test, and troubleshoot residential services and basic home networks.
- Educate customers, document completed work, and maintain assigned vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Work safely in varied environments, including at heights and in confined spaces, and complete required training and certifications.
