Install and troubleshoot residential connectivity services in customers’ homes, while ensuring safe, reliable service and a positive customer experience.
What you'll do
- Install, change, disconnect, test, and troubleshoot residential services and basic home networks.
- Explain services and equipment to customers, document completed work, and update customer accounts.
- Safely operate tools and vehicles, maintain assigned equipment, and meet performance and safety standards.
