Installs and services residential connectivity and home network equipment, resolves customer service issues, and helps ensure a positive customer experience.
What you'll do
- Install, change, or disconnect residential services; diagnose and resolve connectivity issues from the network to customer equipment.
- Test service quality and support basic home networks using coaxial cable, Ethernet, and Wi‑Fi.
- Educate customers, document completed work, and maintain assigned vehicles, tools, and equipment.
