Installs and troubleshoots residential broadband voice, video, and data services, while supporting customers and meeting safety and performance standards.
What you'll do
- Install, change, and disconnect residential services; diagnose and resolve service issues from the network connection to customer equipment.
- Set up and support basic home networks, test service quality, and educate customers about products and equipment.
- Document work, maintain assigned vehicle and equipment, and follow safety procedures and performance standards.
