Installs and services residential connectivity and equipment in customers’ homes, diagnoses network issues, and supports a positive customer experience.
What you'll do
- Install, change, disconnect, test, and repair residential services and basic home networks.
- Educate customers, document completed work, and update customer accounts using digital tools.
- Safely operate a company vehicle and tools, maintain assigned equipment, and meet performance and safety standards.
