Maintains the reliability and operation of FreeWheel platforms by troubleshooting distributed systems, automating infrastructure tasks, and supporting software releases and live events.
What you'll do
- Own an infrastructure service or platform component; debug escalated issues and improve monitoring, operations, and automation.
- Support cybersecurity work, infrastructure-as-code practices, and software releases in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Provide operational support for FreeWheel live events, including the Super Bowl, Olympic Games, March Madness, and FIFA World Cup.
