Supports customers and the retail team by activating, configuring, and troubleshooting mobile devices while handling store operations and transactions.
What you'll do
- Activate and configure devices, SIM or eSIM, and accessories; educate customers on device features and connectivity.
- Troubleshoot mobile and account issues, handle escalations, and assist with returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
- Maintain store presentation and inventory, fulfill delivery and pickup orders, and support customer check-in and transactions.
