What you'll do
- Build scalable commercial legal workflows, templates, tools, and negotiation playbooks, and grow a team.
- Structure, draft, and negotiate high-value commercial, supply chain, partnership, and corporate development agreements.
- Advise executives and cross-functional teams on corporate matters, risk management, procurement, and strategic transactions.
