Administers and supports enterprise applications across engineering, manufacturing, and business teams, maintaining system reliability, access, data flows, and user support.
What you'll do
- Resolve support tickets, diagnose root causes, and manage user access across enterprise applications.
- Maintain systems through configuration changes, updates, testing, and troubleshooting data flows.
- Create documentation and training, audit software licenses, and automate routine administration and reporting.
