About the job
Serves as the company-wide technical authority for designing and deploying high-precision roll-to-roll web handling systems for continuous material processing.
What you'll do
- Architect roll-to-roll equipment, including tension systems, accumulators, and winders/unwinders; research and evaluate web-handling technologies.
- Lead cross-functional engineering strategy, web-dynamics analysis, experimental validation, and technical risk mitigation.
- Set engineering standards, manage strategic suppliers, and mentor mechanical engineers.
