What you'll do
- Supervise and develop technicians building complex electromechanical parts and assemblies; organize daily workflows and schedules.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, design engineering, and R&D to resolve build issues and support prototype-to-production transitions.
- Lead safety, quality, and delivery routines; oversee training, personnel operations, production updates, and hands-on builds.
