About the job
Supervises production technicians and welders building electromechanical parts and assemblies, while overseeing schedules, safety, quality, training, and production work.
What you'll do
- Hire and supervise technicians and welders; assign daily work and manage team performance.
- Execute production plans, lead daily meetings, and report on quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
- Oversee prototype and production builds, training, and troubleshooting of manufacturing discrepancies.
