Leads and scales operational accounting functions, improving processes and systems while managing the AP, payroll, expense reporting, and state filing compliance team.
What you'll do
- Evaluate and implement accounting process improvements, system enhancements, SOPs, and training materials.
- Manage and develop AP, payroll, expense reporting, and state filing compliance operations, including issue triage and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with teams such as Supply Chain, FP&A, People Ops, and IT to improve processes and communication.
