About the job
Leads the mechanical engineering team responsible for designing and delivering the ARC fusion power plant’s vacuum vessel and connected systems.
What you'll do
- Lead the team and oversee the vessel’s design lifecycle through procurement and assembly.
- Coordinate vessel interfaces with other ARC systems and provide hands-on technical leadership on design challenges and risks.
- Manage supplier development, schedule, budget, and team hiring and performance.
