Oversee manufacturing process quality for HTS Magnet production and the SPARC Project, resolving defects and ensuring reliable hardware through process controls, inspections, and corrective actions.
What you'll do
- Develop quality requirements, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and inspection methods for manufacturing, assembly, and installation.
- Lead NCR disposition and root-cause/corrective-action work, including 8D investigations.
- Analyze manufacturing data and oversee supplier quality and high-priority inspections.
