Develops and executes technical sourcing and supplier strategies for ARC and other fusion powerplant projects, integrating supply-chain capabilities with engineering, cost, technology, and project needs.
What you'll do
- Drive powerplant value engineering, cost reduction, technology selection, and fusion-hardware technology readiness in partnership with engineering and R&D teams.
- Develop and execute global category and commodity strategies, including market analysis, supplier selection, contracting, and supplier performance management.
- Build senior supplier relationships and lead negotiations for long-term agreements; advise internal leaders on supply-chain risks and strategic opportunities.
