What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery and architecture for the intake pipeline, coordinator-facing application, voice automation, and EHR write-back.
- Hire, coach, and provide technical leadership to the team, including design reviews, code reviews, and occasional production incidents.
- Set integration strategy, scale the system, and work with customers to turn their workflows into a generalized product.
