About the job
Leads the engineering team responsible for Commure’s financial ledger, reporting, and analytics systems, ensuring accurate financial data while modernizing the platform.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop a team of 6 to 8 engineers; hire, support career growth, and oversee performance.
- Set the product roadmap and lead incremental ledger and OLAP migrations with parity checks.
- Own financial correctness, customer escalations, and cross-team execution across payments, data infrastructure, and operations.
