Own end-to-end onboarding and launches of customers on Athelas Air (EHR), coordinating teams and improving implementation processes and adoption.
What you'll do
- Map customer workflows and translate needs into functional and technical specifications with Product and Engineering.
- Lead customer launch plans, timelines, cross-functional coordination, and go-live support.
- Develop scalable launch playbooks and internal Retool applications; monitor adoption and improve time-to-launch.
