What you'll do
- Advise leaders on organizational design, talent planning, team effectiveness, and workforce decisions; coach managers on performance, feedback, and development.
- Partner on compensation and equity planning, retention, and people-data analysis; identify organizational trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with People, Finance, Legal, Talent, and business teams; build scalable processes and resolve people issues.
