About the job

What you'll do

  • Drive adoption of shared platform architecture, engineering standards, and patterns across the RCM engineering organization.
  • Lead cross-cutting work on high-volume billing workflows, data-dense interfaces, bulk operations, claim timelines, and AI features.
  • Improve production reliability and performance; partner with product, design, and billing operations, and mentor engineers across teams.

What they ask for

  • 8+ years building large-scale full-stack applications and setting technical direction across multiple teams.
  • Experience leading organization-wide frontend architecture or design-system adoption, plus multi-month, multi-team migrations or platform rebuilds.
  • Strong API and data-layer design skills, including REST endpoints and optimizing queries for large datasets.
  • Deep expertise in TypeScript/React, Python, and PostgreSQL.

Nice to have

  • Experience with analytical/OLAP stores such as StarRocks, ClickHouse, or Druid; healthcare billing data; or production LLM features.
  • Experience with frontend developer tooling or CI/CD, regulated industries, or influencing UX/UI decisions.
