About the job
Help make Composio’s stateful agent infrastructure reliable to deploy and operate on-premises in customer environments.
What you'll do
- Work on the on-prem deployment lifecycle, including Helm charts, upgrades, releases, and rollbacks.
- Help consolidate customer forks into a supported chart and improve onboarding so customers can deploy faster.
- Debug issues across Temporal workflows, Kubernetes initialization, storage, and auth-refresh pipelines; assist with CVE triage, patching, and root-cause analyses.
What they ask for
- Experience building in environments not fully under your control, such as a homelab, VPC, or self-hosted setup.
- Interest in Kubernetes and Helm.
- Experience building with language models and familiarity with agents and MCP.
- Comfort with Linux and ability to write a clear RCA.
Nice to have
- Experience with Temporal, Postgres, cloud secret managers, or self-hosted delivery (KOTS/airgap).
- Open-source contributions or hackathon wins.
