Works with finance customers to improve adoption of Concourse’s AI agents, solve data and integration problems, and shape product experiences and systems that scale customer value.
What you'll do
- Optimize prompts and model configurations, and debug AI outputs, integrations, and data issues using SQL and API investigation.
- Build customer analytics, health frameworks, and onboarding and lifecycle experiences to improve adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
- Translate customer needs into product requirements and design integrations across finance systems.
