About the job
Works with government mission customers to deploy ConductorAI software, shape product direction, grow customer relationships and revenue, and scale customer operations.
What you'll do
- Work onsite with customers on product scoping, feedback, training, data analysis, presentations, and user support; build demos for prospective customers.
- Develop customer expansion opportunities and executive-level relationships.
- Represent user needs to engineers and help guide the product roadmap, company strategy, and scalable customer operations.
