About the job
Deploy and support the Conduit platform for customers by training users, troubleshooting technical issues, and relaying feedback to engineering.
What you'll do
- Provide one-on-one and classroom training to analysts and operators.
- Address user inquiries and work with engineering to resolve technical issues.
- Share user feedback with engineering to improve the product.
