Own end-to-end sourcing and recruiting for telehealth clinicians, from outreach and screening through signed contracts and handoff to Credentialing.
What you'll do
- Build and manage clinician pipelines, including high-volume outreach, screening, and hiring across multiple states.
- Create recruiting workflows, sourcing playbooks, pipeline reporting, and hiring forecasts with Clinical Operations.
- Track funnel metrics and improve conversion, time-to-sign, and time-to-live.
