Investigates and resolves insurance coverage, eligibility, authorization, and billing issues so medical equipment orders move forward compliantly and recurring problems are prevented.
What you'll do
- Verify coverage and eligibility, resolve order-routing mismatches, and manage prior authorizations, appeals, denials, and rejections.
- Research payer policies and fee schedules across active and expansion states; build SOPs and repeatable workflows.
- Track operational KPIs, report results, and share insights with leadership.
