Works with the CEO to execute company strategy, manage operations, and lead cross-functional projects at a small startup.
What you'll do
- Support strategy, planning, and board and investor reporting; run goal setting, meeting cadence, and decision follow-through.
- Own cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery, including projects without a natural owner.
- Coordinate recruiting, offers, and onboarding; oversee finance, legal, and administration with external accountants and counsel.
