Build Conversion’s recruiting function and lead full-cycle hiring for technical and business roles.
What you'll do
- Own sourcing, screening, coordination, and closing across technical and business roles.
- Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies and keep recruiting processes moving.
- Improve recruiting infrastructure, candidate experience, and use of data and market insights.
