Build and lead Conversion’s sourcing function, recruiting candidates for GTM and technical roles while developing recruiting systems and candidate experience.
What you'll do
- Source candidates through cold outreach and recruiting tools, and partner with hiring managers on sourcing strategies and pipelines.
- Improve recruiting infrastructure, including pipelines, documentation, ATS hygiene, and interview processes.
- Use data and market insights to advise on compensation, hiring pace, and sourcing priorities.
