Lead Convex’s infrastructure team while staying hands-on in the design, development, and operation of its database, sync layer, cloud infrastructure, and emerging platform primitives.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow the Infra team, giving engineers ownership and supporting their development.
- Partner with the CTO on priorities, architecture, and technical direction; contribute to code review.
- Build and maintain global cloud infrastructure and improve system performance and reliability.
