About the job
Leads shift operations to coordinate the daily handover from fulfillment to last-mile delivery, ensuring routes are ready, dispatched on time, and operational issues are addressed.
What you'll do
- Supervise, guide, train, and hold the Logistics team accountable during shifts; report on metrics and incidents.
- Coordinate route readiness, pickups, loading, dispatch timing, and handover between fulfillment, carriers, and 3PL partners.
- Resolve or escalate operational issues, including driver problems, integration errors, route gaps, and 3PL no-shows.
