Receive, organize, track, and prepare food inventory and orders for distribution to chefs.
What you'll do
- Receive and inspect shipments, sort stock, monitor shelves, and prepare orders for delivery to chefs.
- Record invoices, track chefs’ ingredient requirements and returns, and monitor merchandise movement.
- Count assigned inventory weekly.
