Leads capital construction projects for CookUnity’s food-production and operational facilities from site evaluation and preconstruction through commissioning and operational handoff.
What you'll do
- Manage multiple projects, including budgets, schedules, risks, permitting, design coordination, construction, and closeout.
- Oversee contractors, vendors, procurement, bids, contracts, change orders, and cost control.
- Coordinate technical design, regulatory approvals, inspections, commissioning, and operational readiness.
What they ask for

- Direct experience delivering food-production, commercial-kitchen, food-manufacturing, or similar food and beverage projects.
