Own and improve the behavior, quality, and reliability of AI voice agents that handle calls for property management companies.
What you'll do
- Design conversation flows, emergency rules, escalation paths, and fair-housing-safe guardrails.
- Build evaluation tools and test suites; monitor call quality and debug production issues across voice, telephony, and model layers.
