About the job
Provides advanced support and administration for Microsoft systems, resolves complex client issues, and improves IT infrastructure and service delivery.
What you'll do
- Provide escalated support and manage Microsoft environments, including device management, identity, security, and Office 365 systems.
- Configure, patch, upgrade, and maintain systems; implement backup, disaster recovery, Conditional Access, and MFA solutions.
- Troubleshoot recurring issues, document procedures, collaborate with support and consulting teams, and help automate and deliver infrastructure projects.
