About the job
Provides L3/L4 operational support, engineering, automation, and optimization for managed Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop environments, while advising customers and improving service reliability.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and manage Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop platforms, incidents, upgrades, and environment health.
- Automate and optimize EUC environments using Infrastructure as Code, scripting, and image build pipelines.
- Advise customers, support service delivery and onboarding, and maintain operational documentation and disaster recovery readiness.
