Coordinates capital draw payments for joint venture arrangements, managing documentation, schedules, approvals, funding deadlines, and stakeholder communications while supporting accounting close and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Coordinate, prepare, track, and maintain audit-ready records for JV capital draw requests, packages, approvals, and funding.
- Manage draw calendars and deadlines; communicate status and outstanding requirements to internal stakeholders and JV partners, escalating issues as needed.
- Support month-end close and reporting, and improve draw processes, trackers, and templates.
