Owns strategic partnerships across the Physical AI ecosystem, building joint offerings and go-to-market programs that grow CoreWeave’s AI infrastructure business.
What you'll do
- Lead partner strategy, integrations, co-innovation, and go-to-market motions with Physical AI companies and the NVIDIA ecosystem.
- Develop joint architectures and partner sales activity, and identify and close compute opportunities across simulation, training, and inference.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and field teams; execute partner business plans and represent CoreWeave at industry events.

- Deep understanding of Physical AI, including robotics, autonomous systems, simulation-to-real workflows, embodied AI, and industrial autonomy.
- At least 5 years in partnerships, business development, or solutions architecture, with a track record of strategic technical partnerships in robotics, autonomous systems, simulation, or adjacent AI infrastructure.
- Proven experience leading partnerships with NVIDIA and experience with at least one named or comparable Physical AI platform company.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to engineering and business audiences and drive stakeholder alignment and partner pipeline.
Nice to have
- Hands-on familiarity with robotics or autonomous systems, such as shipping code, training models, or architecting physical-world systems.
- Current knowledge of the Physical AI ecosystem and compute needs across simulation, training, and on-robot inference.
Pay
$127,000 to $185,000 USD (base salary)
